during this practice we will barely move off the floor and hold the poses for longer, to release deeply stored tension from both the body and mind. you will leave feeling rested, nourished and oh so relaxed

hatha

traditional but soft and gentle

mindful exploration of breath and movement, my hatha classes are an invitation to step into the world of stillness, slow gentle movement, ritual and introspection

Jo’s prompts meant I began to notice my breath as I moved between the poses. Her guided visualisations turned the classes into a personal space, sanctuary even.
