I wasn’t always still, joyful or so deeply in love with life
my journey into mind and body connection started from the depths of trauma, grief, and self-doubt. unfulfilling relationships, anxiety and crippling depression were my daily grind until I began my own journey of re:connection
tools that helped me see past my own horizon, are the tools I now use to help you find more softness, space and wonder in the everyday
at thirteen I was roaming libraries
soaking up what I could on Buddhism. At fourteen, I was throwing shapes in my living room, discovering yoga. At twenty, I worked as an interpreter for a Tibetan monk. Life then sent me a different way. I got so busy. I disconnected from it all, spent a decade chasing my own tail in the concrete jungle.
fantasising about a very different life, I craved more passion, joy, freedom and more meaning
but I was oh so busy
for a decade, I was juggling it all. I started in marketing, rerouted into graphic design, flirted with photography. it all looked great on paper, but my creativity, motivation and drive had long burnt out. I set out on a journey to sprinkle some magic on to my ordinarily Muggle life. And it all started with cultivating my personal practice.
I immersed myself in Eastern philosophies, indigenous practices and ancient wisdom
I was blessed to meet, learn from and work with some of the most inspiring teachers,
guides and mentors. I have formally trained in meditation, yoga and sound, trauma informed practice and breathwork.
I learned I feel most fulfilled when I guide others to find stillness and re:connect to what matters
